Corwin represents sellers and landlords of business property, and runs the firm's 1031 exchange work.
Corwin came to real estate from commercial lending, so he reads a sale from the payoff backward. He works with sellers clearing old liens before listing, owners exchanging one property for another, and businesses leasing shop or warehouse space.
He keeps a weekly update going on every open file, by email or phone, whichever the client prefers.
