Fenna handles the firm's rental and association work: leases for cabins and duplexes, short-term rental permits, deposit disputes, and covenant questions for homeowners and boards. She represents landlords and tenants, never both sides of the same lease.
She also meets Spanish-speaking clients without an interpreter.
