Margery handles purchases of land and houses and the title and boundary problems that come with older parcels.
Margery opened the Bend office after years of title work for lenders, which is where she learned to read a title report from the bottom up. She spends much of her week on rural purchases: access easements, irrigation district rights, and surveys that don't quite match the fences.
When a boundary question comes in, she starts with the neighbor, not the courthouse. Most of her boundary matters end with a recorded agreement.
